大学生创新训练项目与创新能力培养之思考

近年来,实施大学生创新训练项目被普遍认为是一种有效地创新人才培养途径。本文以湖北民族学院科技学院体育系实施大学生创新训练项目为例,介绍了实施大学生创新训练项目的现状和重要性,并针对实施过程中存在的问题,提出实施大学生创新训练项目的建议,对应用型本科高校培养创新人才的途径具有一定的启发意义。 In recent years, the implementation of innovative training projects for college students is generally considered to be an effective way to train innovative personnel. Taking the innovation training project of undergraduates in PE Department of Hubei Institute for Nationalities as an example, this paper introduces the status quo and importance of carrying out innovative training programs for undergraduates. In view of the existing problems in implementation process, this article puts forward some suggestions on implementing innovative training programs for undergraduates. It is of some enlightenment to cultivate innovative talents in undergraduate colleges and universities.
