目的研究青钱柳Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal.)lljinskaja叶的化学成分。方法青钱柳叶甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶、ODS、半制备HPLC进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离出11个化合物,分别鉴定为(6S,7R,8R)-7α-[(β-glucopyranosyl)oxy]lyoniresinol(1)、南烛木糖苷(2)、(-)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(3)、dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4’-O-β-D-glucoside(4)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(5)、kaempferol-3-O-α-L-(4″-Z-p-cumaroyl)-rhamnoside(6)、柚皮素(7)、4’-羟基汉黄芩素(8)、1-(3’,4’-dihydroxyphenyl)-7-(4″-hydroxyphenyl)-4-hepten-3-one(9)、蚱蜢酮(10)、对羟基苯甲酸(11)。结论除化合物5、11外,所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Lljinskaja leaves. Methods The ethyl acetate fraction of the methanol extract of Cyclocarya paliurus was isolated and purified by silica gel, ODS and semi-preparative HPLC. The structure of the obtained compound was identified by spectral data. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as (6S, 7R, 8R) -7α - [β-glucopyranosyl) oxy] lyoniresinol (1) -D-glucopyranoside (3), dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 4’-O-β-D-glucoside (4), kaempferol- 3-O-α-L- (4 “-Zp-cumaroyl) -rhamnoside (6), naringenin (7), 4’-hydroxywikronin (8), 1- ) -7- (4 ”-hydroxyphenyl) -4-hepten-3-one (9), grasshopper ketone (10), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (11). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time except compound 5,11.
