职业道德是从事各种职业所必须具备的基本素质,企业在营销行为中同样要具有良好的营销道德,因为其不仅关系着企业的生存安危,同时也关系到市场经济秩序的稳定.然而,在营销活动中,各行各业都存在着道德失范的现象,扰乱了市场经济的正常秩序,给我国经济的健康发展以及人们的生活带来了严重的影响.为此,对企业营销中的道德问题进行深入研究,对于维护社会稳定、确保经济的健康发展、市场秩序的有序进行以及消费者利益都具有非常重要的现实意义.
