对埋藏金属微粒的复合介质,利用Drude介电理论和等效媒质理论计算了复合介质的介电函数,在此基础上对该复合介质与电介质组成的多层膜体系的光学特性进行了理论计算,讨论了金属微粒的体积分数、复合介质厚度和周期层数对多层膜的光学吸收率的影响。
Based on the Drude dielectric theory and the equivalent medium theory, the dielectric function of the composite is calculated. The optical properties of the multi-layer film composed of the composite and the dielectric are calculated theoretically The effects of the volume fraction of metal particles, the thickness of composite medium and the number of periodic layers on the optical absorptivity of multilayer films were discussed.
