萍乡市在开展2003年的“两刊”征订工作中,普遍采取了由县(区)残联筹资统一征订,再将“两刊”分发到各乡、镇残联和送往县(区)委、县(区)政府、县(区)人大、县(区)政协主要领导手中的办法,有效解决了以往因乡、镇经费困难和县(区)有关部门互相推诿,使征订工作难以落实的问题,顺利实现了“无订阅空白乡、镇”的目标。同时,他们还动员各地助残先进典型,积极开展“爱心赠刊”活动,收到良好效果,截止2002年12月底,全市各县(区)已全部超额完成2003年度的“两刊”征订任务。▲
