肾小球硬化是各种肾小球疾病发展的最终结果,是多种细胞外基质大量沉积所致。目前大量研究证实,细胞外基质增多不仅与间质细胞群合成和分泌增加有关,而且也是基质降解过程受到抑制所造成。在后一因素中,I型纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子(PAI-1)则起着重要作用。
Glomerulosclerosis is the end result of the development of various glomerular diseases, caused by the massive deposition of multiple extracellular matrices. At present, a large number of studies confirm that the extracellular matrix is not only related to the increased synthesis and secretion of interstitial cells, but also caused by the inhibition of matrix degradation. Among the latter factors, type I plasminogen activator inhibitor (PAI-1) plays an important role.
