3.电渣焊接过程的稳定建立了稳定的电渣过程以后,为了維持电渣焊接过程的稳定,获得优質而美观的焊接接头,我們在焊接过程中,必須注意以下几点: (一) 焊接电压的稳定焊接电压的高低直接影响着渣池的温度。电压低,渣池所接受的电能以及所轉变成的热能,也就相应的减少。因此,电压过低就会由于熔渣温度不够而造成焊不透的現象。加高电压,就会增加熔透寬度;但是过高的电压却会由于熔渣温度过高
