在分析了注水系统能耗的基础上,根据车2井区注水工艺,提出了机泵设备改造。为了保持注水压力的恒定,研究并设计了恒压注水自动控制系统,优化了车2井区注水工艺,达到了系统节能降耗的目的。
Based on the analysis of the energy consumption of the water injection system, according to the water injection technology in the well 2 of the vehicle, a modification of the pump equipment is proposed. In order to keep the injection pressure constant, a constant pressure water injection automatic control system was researched and designed to optimize the water injection process in the well 2 of the vehicle and achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption of the system.
