:目的 :探讨维生素C对苯致小鼠骨髓细胞P5 3表达的影响。方法 :采用静式吸入染毒的方法 ,共染毒 30d ,并在其饮水中加入一定量的维生素C ,用免疫组化方法测定小鼠骨髓细胞P5 3阳性率 ,并作U检验。结果 :染毒 30d后无一小鼠死亡 ,白细胞计数也在正常范围内 ,而P5 3表达则是最高浓度组高于对照组和其他染毒组 (P <0 0 1或 <0 0 5 ) ;维生素C摄入量每日每只小鼠在 2 5mg以上可降低P5 3表达阳性率 ;加入时间在染毒期 2 / 3以上时也可降低P5 3表达阳性率。 结论 :苯吸入对小鼠的骨髓细胞DNA有一定的影响 ,维生素C具有一定的拮抗作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of vitamin C on P5 3 expression in benzene-induced mouse bone marrow cells. Methods: The rats were co-administered with static inhalation for 30 days. Vitamin C was added into their drinking water. The positive rate of P53 in bone marrow cells of mice was determined by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: None of the mice died and the white blood cell count was within the normal range after 30 days of exposure. However, the highest concentration of P5 3 was higher in the highest concentration group than in the control group and the other exposure groups (P <0.01 or <0.05) ; Vitamin C intake per mouse per day more than 25mg P5 3 can reduce the expression of the positive rate; adding time in the exposure period of 2/3 or more can also reduce the positive rate of P5 3 expression. Conclusion: Benzene inhalation has certain effect on the DNA of mouse bone marrow cells, and vitamin C has a certain antagonism
