高职院校技能大赛的举办,不仅是高职院校教学成果展示的盛会,更为教师和学生提供了一个大显身手的平台。高职院校要充分借助技能大赛的东风,提高青年教师的核心素养,让青年教师快速成长起来,在日后的职业教育工作中更好的发挥作用。本文简要介绍了高职院校技能大赛的特点,并就技能大赛对青年教师核心素养的推动作用进行了研究。
The holding of skills competitions in higher vocational colleges is not only a grand gathering of teaching achievements of higher vocational colleges, but also a platform for teachers and students to display their talents. Higher vocational colleges should make full use of the Dongfeng of skills competitions to raise the core qualities of young teachers so that young teachers can rapidly grow up and play a more effective role in vocational education in the future. This article briefly introduces the characteristics of the skills competitions in higher vocational colleges and studies the promotion effect of skills competition on the core qualifications of young teachers.
