目的探讨医护合作情境模拟教学在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法选择80名手术室护理专业大专学生,按照手术室护理教学方法不同,分为研究组和对照组,各40名。其中研究组学生均采取医护合作情境模拟教学法进行手术室护理教学,对照组学生则采用常规手术室护理教学方法进行教学,将2组学生的学习效果进行比较分析。结果研究组共40名学生中,成绩优秀学生9名,成绩良好学生11名,成绩合格学生18名,合格率高达95.0%;相比较对照组共40名学生中,成绩优秀学生5名,成绩良好学生10名,成绩合格学生16名,本组学生成绩合格率为77.5%。组间数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组学生的学习效果显著优于对照组学生。结论医护合作情境模拟教学法应用于手术室护理中的应用效果显著,具有进一步广泛应用的价值。
Objective To explore the effect of medical cooperation scenario simulation teaching in operating room nursing. Methods Eighty college nursing students in operating room nursing school were selected and divided into study group and control group according to different nursing teaching methods. The students in the research group all took the teaching mode of nursing cooperation and situational simulation to carry out the operation room nursing teaching while the control group students used the conventional operating room nursing teaching method to conduct the teaching and compared the learning effects of the two groups of students. Results Among the 40 students in the research group, 9 students with excellent grades, 11 students with good grades and 18 students with good grades, with a pass rate of 95.0%; compared with 40 students in the control group, 5 students with excellent grades, 10 good students, 16 passing students, the passing rate of students in this group was 77.5%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The study group had significantly better learning outcomes than the control group. Conclusion The application of the medical cooperative scenario simulation teaching method in operating room nursing is significant and has the value of further application.
