新疆克拉玛依油田地处祖国大西北,为解放后我国最早发现的大型油田之一,已有40年开采史。该地区的居民以油田职工和家属为主(约占总人口70%),有汉族(占76.76%)、维吾尔族、哈萨克族、蒙古族、回族等36个民族,人口总数近30万。部分石油职工常年野外作业。该地区环境污染较为严重,过去未进行过白血病患病情况的调查。我们于1988~1993年进行了6年克拉玛依地区白血病患病情况的调查,现将结果报道如下。
The Karamay oilfield in Xinjiang is located in the northwestern part of the motherland, one of the earliest large-scale oilfields discovered in our country after liberation, and has been in the history of exploitation for 40 years. Residents in the area are mainly oil field workers and their relatives (about 70% of the total population), with Han (76.76%), 36 ethnic groups including Uygur, Kazak, Mongolian and Hui nationalities, with a population of nearly 300,000. Some petrol workers perennial fieldwork. Environmental pollution in the area is more serious, the incidence of leukemia in the past did not investigate the situation. We conducted a survey of the prevalence of leukemia in the Karamay region for 6 years from 1988 to 1993, and the results are reported below.
