汽油调合生产存在着用两个调合头生产不同牌号产品的情况。若两调合头使用公用组分并同时进行生产,可能发生争抢公用组分,影响两调合任务完成。为解决这一问题,文章针对两调合任务控制模式组合情况多样的现实,提出了独立于单调合头控制算法的在线协调控制算法。案例仿真结果证明该协调控制算法能够解决两调合头同为配方优化、同为质量反馈控制或分别为质量反馈控制与配方优化时的公用组分争抢问题。协调算法能合理分配公用组分在两调合头中的使用,保证调合任务的顺利完成。
Gasoline Blending There are situations where two blending heads produce different grades of product. If two blending heads use common components and produce at the same time, there may be scramble for common components and affect the completion of two blending tasks. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes an online coordination control algorithm that is independent of the monotonous head control algorithm in view of the reality of the combination of the two blending task control modes. The case simulation results show that the coordinated control algorithm can solve the problem that the two mixing heads are the same as the formulation optimization, and compete with the common components in the quality feedback control or the optimization of the quality feedback control and the formulation respectively. The coordination algorithm can reasonably allocate the use of common components in the two blending heads to ensure the smooth completion of the blending task.
