对于身处激烈市场竞争环境的企业而言,要想取得长期、稳定的健康发展,综合考虑自身的实际情况利用企业文化来促进企业文化建设,将是企业提升自身核心竞争力的不二选择。本文简要分析了企业文化与企业管理的关系,而后就契合于企业文化的企业管理从企业文化的来源及其理论产生原因展开了深入的研究工作,结合本次研究,最终就提出将企业文化定位为引领企业发展的旗帜、开展思想政治工作的基础、增强企业核心竞争力的关键。
