锅炉,我们都很熟悉,它是以水、蒸汽为介质的直接与火接触的压力容器。锅炉是一个复杂的系统,包括一系列的受压部件、附件和辅机。锅炉的正常运行包含着燃料的燃烧、传热以及工质流动等诸多过程。因而启动一台锅炉要进行多项操作,花费较长的时间,要用较多的精力去组织各个环节的协同动作,使锅炉运行逐步达到正常状态。为了确保锅炉的安全运行,必须进行科学化标准化的锅炉安全管理。
Boilers, we are all familiar with, it is water, steam as the medium of direct contact with the fire pressure vessel. Boiler is a complex system, including a series of pressure parts, accessories and auxiliary machinery. The normal operation of the boiler contains many processes such as fuel combustion, heat transfer and the flow of working fluid.
