一、前言遥望港闸位于南通县黄海之滨,担负着南通、如东两县40余万亩农田的排涝排咸任务。闸分三孔,总净宽24m,设计排涝流量260m~3/s。该闸建于1 974年.建成不久,下游翼墙即沉降3cm,翼墙与岸墙接缝处有微量渗水现象。1987年后,沉降加剧,翼墙断裂,接缝止水拉坏,出现了翻水冒沙现象(图1)。1988年8月打坝大修,次年3月完工,4月开坝放水。
I. Foreword To look forward to Harbor Gate is located in the Yellow Sea coast of Nantong County, responsible for Nantong, Rudong two counties more than 40 acres of farmland drainage row salty task. Shortly after its completion, the downstream wing wall was subsided by 3 cm and there was a slight water seepage at the seams between the wing wall and the shore wall. After 1987, the subsidence intensified, the wing wall ruptured, and the sewer stopped draining, causing the phenomenon of overrun and sand (Figure 1). August 1988 dam overhaul, completed in March the following year, in April dams open water.
