通过统计不同时间段结晶器电磁搅拌磁场强度及连铸坯质量,将不同磁场强度所对应的连铸坯内部质量进行对比,分析了不同磁场强度对连铸坯质量的影响。同时,浇注过程中改变电搅线圈的电流强度,在同一流次得到不同的磁场强度,取对应的连铸坯样进行检验,对比分析了同一流次不同磁场强度对连铸坯质量的影响。分析认为:电磁搅拌磁场强度衰减至300×10-4T以下时,不宜再上线使用。进而对攀钢大方坯结晶器电磁搅拌的冶金效果进行了评价,规范了电磁搅拌器的使用。
By comparing the magnetic field intensity of electromagnetic stirring and the slab quality in different time periods, the internal quality of slab corresponding to different magnetic field strength was compared, and the influence of different magnetic field strength on the quality of slab was analyzed. At the same time, the current intensity of electrostimulation coil was changed in the pouring process, different magnetic field strengths were obtained at the same flow rate, the corresponding continuous casting blank samples were tested, and the influence of different magnetic field strength on the quality of continuous casting slab was analyzed and compared. Analysis that: electromagnetic stirring magnetic field attenuation to 300 × 10-4T the following, it should not be used on the line. Then the metallurgical effect of electromagnetic stirring for the bloom mold of Panzhihua Iron and Steel was evaluated, and the use of the electromagnetic stirrer was standardized.
