初夏的一天,几位年轻朋友来看展览,一起来的还有一位赤脚穿着草鞋,留着垂肩长发,穿着旧式汉服的年轻人,自我介绍称行者。我一时难以辨别这是艺术圈新一波特立独行的派头,还是酷爱动画片的学生在玩COSPLAY。细看这个人,面貌俊朗,眼睛里一派天真和探寻,举止也落落大方。在朋友们的邀请下,行者从行囊里掏出一件竹制的乐器,沉稳的气息吹出低沉又辽远的曲调。大家为之惊叹,原来这就是传说中的尺八,中国最古老的乐器之一,如今很少有人吹奏。我思忖,这样的年轻人在当下中国其实很多,单纯、健康又富于才华,但是在经历了现实生活的残酷之后,也会如大部分人一样,逐渐丧失个人的光彩。可是,我错了。

Everyone was amazed, so this is the legendary ruler, one of China’s oldest musical instruments, and now few people play it. I think that such young people are actually many, pure, healthy and talented in the moment. However, after being brutally exposed to real life, they will gradually lose their personal glory as most people. However, I was wrong.
