针对基于大数据的省级政务信息资源共享平台绩效评估方法定性研究多、定量研究相对较少的现状,为了提升部门业务协同,改进服务质量,根据国家电子政务工程项目绩效评价指标体系,借鉴相关政务信息化平台的绩效指标,确定省级政务信息资源共享平台的绩效评估原则,构建省级政务信息资源共享平台的指标体系;以山东省政务信息资源共享平台建设情况为例,使用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重,利用模糊综合分析法对省级政务信息资源共享平台进行评估,验证绩效评价指标体系的可行性。结果表明,该方法在评估山东省政务信息资源共享平台时运行良好。
