观察了减压缺氧不同时间Wistar大鼠肺腺泡内动脉中膜平滑肌细胞(SMC)表型情况。主要发现:(1)缺氧3~40d组,肺动脉压(PAP)持续显著升高,右心肥厚程度逐渐加重。(2)缺氧1~5d组,中膜SMC仍为收缩表型,胞间胶原分布略有所增加;缺氧7d组,于近内弹力层处少数SMC转变为合成表型,还有些细胞向合成表型部分转化,胞间胶原增多;缺氧14~40d组,与合成分泌功能有关细胞器及胶原分布仍较缺氧1~5d组SMC为多,少数SMC仍呈部分合成表型,大多数SMC又出现收缩表型的特征。提示:随缺氧时间延长,IAA中膜SMC表型可能存在动态变化,但与PAP的变化不呈平行关系。原因有待探讨。
The phenotypes of medullary smooth muscle cells (SMCs) in the pulmonary alveoli of Wistar rats were observed at different time points after hypobaric hypoxia. It is suggested that there may be a dynamic change of SMC phenotype in IAA with the prolongation of hypoxia, but not with the change of PAP. The reason to be discussed.
