本文首先介绍了利用部分水解聚丙烯酰胺与交联剂柠檬酸铝成胶,将这胶液注入高渗透通道,以防止水继续浸入。对于其它仍含油的通道,该胶液能降低渗透率,但不会造成完全堵塞。这一调整注水井吸水剖面技术.对注水开发油田提高采收率有重要意义。文章中介绍了采用935L 型聚合物与油田上实际回注的污水和清水在室内进行的大量试验结果,以探索温度、水质、pH 值、聚合物和交联剂的浓度等因素对成胶的影响。根据室内试验结果,从理论上分析并探索了成胶的机理。
This article first introduced the use of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide gel with aluminum citrate as a crosslinking agent, injecting the glue into the high permeation path to prevent the continued immersion of water. For other channels that still contain oil, the glue reduces permeability but does not cause complete blockage. The article describes a large number of indoor experiments conducted using 935L polymer and the actually injected effluent and fresh water on the field to explore the effects of temperature, water quality, pH, concentration of polymer and crosslinker, influences.
