目的了解上海市郊区农村居民的健康素养水平,评价现行的健康教育干预效果,为今后健康教育政策的制定提供依据。方法 2008年抽取上海市金山区长浜村104名村民,2010年抽取219名村民进行健康素养现状调查,评价干预效果。结果从2008年到2010年,健康理念和基本知识方面具备率从20.19%提高33.78%,健康生活方式与行为方面具备率从15.12%提高到18.26%,健康技能素养方面具备率从19.23%变为19.18%,总体的健康素养具备率从14.42%提高到15.98%:2008年具备率比较低的健康素养4项在2010年调查中3项有所提高。结论与2008年全国的健康素养水平相比,2008年长浜村居民的健康素养处于较高水平;与2008年的健康素养水平相比,2010年的健康素养水平有一定程度上的提高,但提高幅度不明显。结果现行的健康教育措施对于提高居民的健康素养水平具有初步的成效,但成效有限,还需加强对当前的工作方式的改进和创新,以更显著地提高居民的健康素养水平。
Objective To understand the health literacy of rural residents in the suburbs of Shanghai and to evaluate the effect of the current health education intervention so as to provide the basis for the formulation of health education policies in the future. Methods In 2008, 104 villagers from Changbang Village, Jinshan District, Shanghai were selected. In 2010, 219 villagers were selected for health literacy survey to evaluate the intervention effect. Results From 2008 to 2010, the prevalence rate of health concepts and basic knowledge increased from 20.19% to 33.78%, the healthy life style and behaviors increased from 15.12% to 18.26%, and the health skill attainment rate from 19.23% to 19.18%, and the overall health literacy rate increased from 14.42% to 15.98%. Four health literacy measures with lower rates in 2008 showed an increase of 3 in the 2010 survey. Conclusion Compared with the national level of health literacy in 2008, the health literacy of residents in Changbang Village was at a high level in 2008. Compared with the level of health literacy in 2008, the level of health literacy in 2010 increased to a certain extent but increased The magnitude is not obvious. Results The current health education measures have some preliminary effects on improving the health literacy of residents, but they have limited success. Improvement and innovation of the current working methods are also needed to improve the health literacy of residents more significantly.
