为探讨生长抑素 (SS)、P物质 (SP)与急性脑出血的关系 ,用放射免疫分析法对 40例急性脑出血病人第一周、第三周血浆SS、SP含量进行检测 ,同时检测 2 0例正常人进行对照。检测结果急性脑出血病人SS第一周 2 1 0 .37± 6 6 .74pg/ml,第三周1 98.1 7± 1 0 0 .0 0pg/ml;SP第一周2 0 .77± 1 0 .87pg/ml,第三周1 6 .76± 5 .71pg/ml;对照组SS1 6 3.47± 1 0 .2 9pg/ml,SP2 9.6 2± 8.5 7。两组比较有显著性差异 ,提示SS、SP与急性脑出血有关。
To investigate the relationship between somatostatin (SS), substance P (SP) and acute intracerebral hemorrhage, the levels of plasma SS and SP in 40 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were detected by radioimmunoassay in the first week and the third week, 20 normal controls. The detection results of acute intracerebral hemorrhage patients SS first week 2 1 0 .37 ± 6 6 .74pg / ml, the third week of 1 98.1 7 ± 1 0 0. 0 0 pg / ml; the first week of SP 20.77 ± 10 .87 pg / ml in the third week, 16.76 ± 5.71 pg / ml in the third week, 3.47 ± 1.09 pg / ml in the control group, and SP2 9.62 ± 8.57 in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups, suggesting that SS, SP and acute cerebral hemorrhage.
