探寻不发达国家落后的原因是国际学术界的热点。与经典现代化理论将原因归结于这些国家自身制度和文化观念等内部因素不同,安德烈.弗兰克提出了“低度发展”理论,认为不发达国家的落后是由这些国家在国际经济贸易体系中的依附性地位导致的。“低度发展”理论看到了落后国家实现现代化的困难,为认识发展问题提供了新视角;但是这一理论过于强调外部力量的决定作用,带有激进性和片面性。
The reason for exploring the backwardness of underdeveloped countries is a hot spot in the international academic community. And the classic theory of modernization will be attributed to the internal factors such as their own systems and cultural concepts of different countries, Andre Frank proposed “low development” theory, that the backwardness of underdeveloped countries by these countries in the international economic and trade System dependent status. The theory of “low development” shows the difficulty of modernization in backward countries and provides a new perspective for understanding development issues. However, this theory places too much emphasis on the decisive role of external forces with a radical and one-sidedness.
