[目的]探索索洛函数在医院发展统计分析中的应用,通过分析科技进步在医院发展中的贡献比例,探讨医院发展中的增长点及薄弱环节,为战略调整及制定提供参考。[方法]对某省级妇幼保健院1995—2009年医院的资产、收支数据进行发展速度分析,应用索洛函数增长方程,计算科技进步在医院发展中的贡献。[结果]该院2009年较1995年总产出平均增长19.8%,其中增长最快的是技术水平因素(13.9%),占产出增长率的比重高达70.4%,在资金和劳动力人数条件不变的情况下,产出总量34 190.60万元中,有24 056.51万元是由于技术进步带来的,人员的增加数量小,对产出增长贡献率仅13.5%,资本投入平均增长速度3.2%,对产出的贡献率为16.2%。[结论]医院资金和人力的投入速度,较技术进步速度而言是很小的,产出价值70%以上是由技术创新和人员素质的提高而创造。医院在发展和运营中,科技起重要的作用。
[Objective] To explore the application of Solow function in the statistical analysis of hospital development. By analyzing the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in the development of hospitals, the paper explores the growth points and weak links in the development of hospitals and provides reference for strategic adjustment and formulation. [Method] The paper analyzed the development speed of assets and income and expenditure data of a provincial MCH hospital in 1995-2009, and calculated the contribution of scientific and technological progress in the hospital development by using the Solow function growth equation. [Result] The hospital’s total output in 2009 increased by 19.8% over the average in 1995, among which the fastest growing was the technical level factor (13.9%), accounting for 70.4% of the output growth rate. In the condition that the number of capital and labor is not In the case of change, of the total output of 34,190,600 yuan, 245.5651 million yuan was brought about by technological progress. The increase in the number of personnel was small, contributing only 13.5% of the output growth rate and the average growth rate of capital input 3.2 %, The contribution rate of output is 16.2%. [Conclusion] The input speed of hospital funds and manpower is very small compared with the rate of technological progress. The output value of more than 70% is created by the improvement of technical innovation and personnel quality. In the development and operation of hospitals, science and technology play an important role.
