袋栽香菇发生畸变的主要原因是:品种选择不当、管理不严、脱袋转色标准掌握不好、菌筒浸水不适及温湿控制不合理等。为防止香菇产生畸形变异,应采取以下措施:因地制宜选用适当的菌种;掌握菌丝成熟特征,准时脱袋及转色;在转色后连续变温3—4天,使昼夜温差在10℃以上;当菌筒的重量比原来下降30%时、进行补液,以菌筒吸水后达到制袋后菌筒重量的95%时为宜。
