原发性脾血管内皮肉瘤罕见。电子显微镜观察显示了瘤细胞之间的细胞连接。在大约20％的细胞中,胞浆内含有1个,偶然2个红细胞,从而提示瘤细胞的这种异常吞噬作用有可能是本病引起贫血的原因之一。本文报导1例44岁的女性患者并作文献复习。
Primary splenic endothelium sarcoma rare. Electron microscopy showed cell junctions between tumor cells. In about 20% of the cells, the cytoplasm contains one, occasionally two red blood cells, suggesting that this abnormal phagocytosis of tumor cells may be one of the causes of this disease causes anemia. This article reports a 44-year-old female patient and review the literature.
