针对煤矿现有传统喷涂堵漏风材料的缺点,研制出了一种以粘土、水泥、添加剂和玻璃纤维为基料的新型复合浆体材料。通过理论实验分析,该复合浆体材料具有较好的抗压和抗弯强度,能够承受一定程度地应力等导致的巷道变形;具有良好的抗氧化性能,能够防止因风化等因素导致的喷涂材料脱落;具有很强的抗渗性,能够达到堵漏风的要求。通过复合浆体材料在白芨沟煤矿的应用实验,巷道漏风量减少了83%。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing traditional wind-sealing materials in coal mines, a new composite slurry material based on clay, cement, additives and glass fibers was developed. Through theoretical and experimental analysis, the composite slurry material has good compressive and flexural strength, can withstand a certain degree of stress caused by roadway deformation; has good oxidation resistance, can prevent the weathering and other factors lead to the spray material Off; has a strong impermeability, to meet the requirements of plugging the wind. Through the application of composite slurry material in Baigou Mine, the amount of air leakage in the roadway has been reduced by 83%.
