目的:优化SFE-CO2流体萃取大黄总蒽醌工艺。方法:以大黄蒽醌类成分含量为考察指标,萃取物收得率为参考指标,用正交试验法考察影响SFE-CO2流体萃取大黄最主要的3个因素及最佳萃取条件。结果:实验所得SFE-CO2流体萃取大黄最佳条件为:萃取压力18 MPa,萃取温度60℃,95%乙醇作夹带剂,用量为2倍药材量。结论:SFE技术具有萃取效率高、速度快、环保等优点,本试验研究为大黄药材的开发提供有益的实验依据。
Objective: To optimize SFE-CO2 fluid extraction process of rhubarb total anthraquinone. Methods: According to the contents of anthraquinones in Rheum palmatum and the yield of extracts, the orthogonal test was used to investigate the three factors influencing the extraction of rhubarb by SFE-CO2 fluid and the optimum extraction conditions. Results: The optimum conditions of SFE-CO2 fluid extraction rhubarb were as follows: extraction pressure 18 MPa, extraction temperature 60 ℃, 95% ethanol as entrainer. Conclusion: SFE has the advantages of high extraction efficiency, fast speed and environmental protection. The experimental study provides a useful experimental basis for the development of rhubarb.
