为研究板件冲压连接技术中冲压力和模具几何参数对连接点质量的影响规律,结合实验与数值模拟综合分析了板料连接工艺中冲压力和模具形状尺寸对连接点的颈厚值、互锁量和X值的影响及材料流动规律。结果表明,冲压力的提高一定程度上增加了连接点强度,凹模型腔深度对其影响更为显著,并证明实验与模拟的综合分析能够更为深入地掌握冲压连接技术的机理。
In order to study the influence of stamping force and die geometrical parameters on the quality of connection points in sheet metal stamping technology, combining the experiment and numerical simulation, the relationship between stamping force and die shape and size, Effect of lock amount and X value and material flow. The results show that the increase of stamping force increases the connection point strength to a certain extent, and the influence of cavity depth on the cavity is more significant.
