桩基埋管可充分利用建筑物的面积,并且通过桩基与周围大地形成换热,从而减少钻孔和埋管的费用。螺旋管的传热系数比直管高、在相同空间里可布置更大的传热面积、更具有安全性的特性,同时垂直螺旋盘管占地面积小,换热性能优越,很大程度可避免“热短路”现象,因此我们提出了桩基中埋设螺旋管的地源热泵系统。
Pile foundation pipes make full use of the building area and heat transfer through the pile foundation to the surrounding ground, reducing the cost of drilling and pipe jacking. The heat transfer coefficient of the spiral pipe is higher than that of the straight pipe, more heat transfer area can be arranged in the same space, and more safety features. Meanwhile, the vertical spiral coil covers small area and has excellent heat exchange performance, to a large extent To avoid the phenomenon of “hot short circuit”, we proposed a ground-source heat pump system buried in the pile foundation spiral pipe.
