科学合理的绩效工资分配制度能够充分调动全体医务人员的工作积极性,加强他们的责任意识,从而实现县级医院的公益性。县级医院绩效工资分配模式是从20世纪80年代就开始实行的,经过多次改革,目前医院绩效工资分配虽然取得了一定的成效,但是笔者认为在具体的实施过程中还需要特别注意一些问题,这样才能完善县级医院绩效工资分配模式,从而充分发挥绩效工资分配的激励作用。
A scientific and rational performance-based salary distribution system can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all medical staff and enhance their sense of responsibility so as to realize the public welfare of county-level hospitals. The performance-based salary distribution model of county-level hospitals has been practiced since the 1980s. After several reforms, the current performance-based salary distribution of hospitals has achieved some success. However, I think some problems need to be paid special attention to during the specific implementation , So as to improve the performance-based salary distribution model in county-level hospitals so as to give full play to the incentive effect of performance-based salary distribution.
