目的评价冠心病(CHD)患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)浓度变化与心功能的相关性。方法用微粒子酶免化学发光法(MEIA)检测86例CHD患者血浆BNP浓度,分析其与NYHA心功能分级之间的相关性,并比较其与并发症之间的关系。结果①血浆BNP浓度与NYHA心功能分级成正相关(P<0.01);②CHD并发症与BNP浓度之间存在相关关系;③血浆BNP浓度对CHD心功Ⅰ级的诊断界值选76pg/Ml,其灵敏度为60%。结论BNP测定可用来判断CHD患者心脏功能状态,尤其是隐匿性心力衰竭(HF)患者。
Objective To evaluate the relationship between changes of plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Plasma concentrations of BNP in 86 patients with CHD were detected by MEIA. The correlation between NYHA functional class and NYHA functional class was analyzed. The relationship between them and complication was also analyzed. Results ① There was a positive correlation between plasma BNP concentration and NYHA functional classification (P <0.01); ② There was a correlation between CHD complications and BNP concentration; ③ Plasma BNP concentration was 76pg / Ml Sensitivity of 60%. Conclusion The BNP test can be used to determine the cardiac status of patients with CHD, especially in patients with occult heart failure (HF).
