目的:建立同时测定竹花药材中竹红菌甲素、竹红菌乙素、竹红菌丙素含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC,KromasilC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温35℃,以0.5%冰醋酸水溶液和乙腈为流动相,检测波长265 nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1。结果:3种成分均达到基线分离,线性关系良好,精密度RSD<2.0%。该法成功的用于竹花药材中3种成分含量的测定,药材中竹红菌甲素、乙素、丙素的平均回收率分别为101.8%,102.3%,100.0%。结论:该方法操作简单、结果准确,具有较好的重复性和稳定性,为竹花药材质量控制提供了一个很好的依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of Hypocrellin A, Hypocrellin B, and Hypocrellin B in Chinese herbal medicine. Methods: The chromatographic column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used on a Kromasil C18 column with a column temperature of 35 ° C and a mobile phase of 0.5% glacial acetic acid and acetonitrile. The detection wavelength was 265 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. Results: The three components all achieved baseline separation with a good linearity. The RSD of precision was less than 2.0%. The method was successfully applied to the determination of the content of three constituents in the medicinal materials of bamboo flowers. The average recoveries of Hypocrellin A, B and C were 101.8%, 102.3% and 100.0% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with good repeatability and stability, which provides a good basis for the quality control of Rhizoma.
