研究了氧化铝球磨产生的机械力化学效应在退火时的变化及烧结气氛对回复过程的影响。结果表明,在空气中退火,机械力化学效应因子的变化可分为几个阶段:在780℃以下没有明显的回复发生;1050℃以下,有效温度系数减小;在1050~1250℃间,显微应变减小,晶粒尺寸增大;超过1250℃,应变完全消失,晶粒尺寸继续增大。在氮气中加热,机械力化学效应因子的变化与在空气中加热趋势相似,但回复过程受到阻碍
The change of mechanical chemical effect caused by ball milling in alumina during annealing and the effect of sintering atmosphere on the recovery process were studied.
