我国港口建设迅猛发展,近年来建设了一些大型高桩墩台结构的液化石油气码头、油码头.码头基桩多为钢管桩,墩台尺度很大,又处于远离岸边,受风浪、潮汐、海流影响极大的无掩护海域,因此,如何进行墩台的施工便成为需要认真研究解决的技术课题.该文以深圳液化石油气储存专用码头的墩台施工为例,介绍了一种将底层分块预制安装、浇筑节点接缝、再进行上部钢筋混凝土施工的新工艺“,”With the recent development rapid in port construction in China, some large size abutment pier with high level piles were built, including liquefied petroleum gas berths and oil berths. For the foundation piles of the berths, steel pipe piles were used. As this area is of nonsheltered one, in addition, very significance in the size of a abutment pier, very far from coastal line, suffering attack of wind, tide, and current flow, the construction of the abutment pier becomes a technical problem to be investigated and solve carefully. Taking the LPG storage pier in Shenzhen for example, this paper introduces a new technique, i.e. precasting and placing concrete blocks one by one on the base course, then placing concrete at the joints, finally carrying out reinforced concrete construction on the upper part.
