目的 :本文研究低能量氦氖激光照射荷瘤小鼠 ,观察对荷瘤 T淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响。结果 :BALB/ C雄性小鼠腹腔接种 S180 接种后 ,进行激光照射小鼠内眼角 ,测定正常对照组、肿瘤对照组和 7.3 3、1 1 .0 0、1 4 .67、2 2 .0 0 J/ cm2 和 2 9.3 3 J/ cm2 五个剂量激光照射组小鼠的 T淋巴细胞增殖反应 ,结果表明1 1 .0 0 J/ cm2 、1 4 .67J/ cm2 、2 2 .0 0 J/ cm2 剂量的氦氖激光照射能提高 T淋巴细胞增殖反应 ;2 9.3 3 J/ cm2 剂量激光照射抑制 T淋巴细胞增殖反应。结论 :低能量氦氖激光照射对荷瘤小鼠 T淋巴细胞增殖具有双向调节作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of low energy He-Ne laser irradiation on tumor-bearing mice to observe the proliferative response of tumor-bearing T lymphocytes. Results: BALB / C male mice were inoculated intraperitoneally with S180, and the inner corners of the mice were irradiated with laser. The normal control group, tumor control group and 7.33,1 1 .0 0,1 4 .67,2 2 .0 0 J / cm2 and 2 9.33 J / cm2 five doses of laser irradiation mice T lymphocyte proliferation reaction results showed that 1101J / cm2, 14.67J / cm2, 22.0J / cm2, cm2 dose of He-Ne laser irradiation can increase the T lymphocyte proliferation response; 2 9.33 J / cm2 dose laser irradiation inhibition of T lymphocyte proliferation response. Conclusion: Low-energy He-Ne laser irradiation has a bidirectional effect on the proliferation of T lymphocytes in tumor-bearing mice.
