文章通过对小群体教学法理论的探索研究,在大学武术选项课中运用小群体教学法,并经过实验对比分析该教学法在大学武术选项课教学中的可行性,分析出在大学武术选项课中运用小群体教学法的优点,分析出这一教学法对学生的身心和终生体育意识形成的积极作用,为大学武术选项课提供一种更有利于学生身心发展的教学方法,并将这种教学方法推广开来,以供其它体育选项课的借鉴和运用。
Through the research on the theory of teaching method of small groups, the article uses the small group teaching method in college martial arts elective courses and compares the feasibility of the teaching method in college martial arts elective courses through experiments.
