随着国民经济的发展,我国在沿海及内河已经修建和正在修建大批港口码头。岸坡的稳定对这些工程的正常使用、发挥效益是至关重要的。实践表明,有些工程是成功的,有的是失败的。它既有瞬时稳定问题,也有长期稳定问题,特别是使用同一分析计算方法,在满足规范要求之下,后果不一,这不仅使设计人员忧虑不安,而且感到困惑不解。
With the development of the national economy, China has built and is building a large number of port terminals on the coast and inland rivers. The stability of the bank slope is crucial to the normal use and effectiveness of these projects. Practice shows that some projects are successful and some fail. It has both transient stability problems and long-term stability problems. Especially when using the same analytical calculation method, the consequences are not uniform under the requirements of the specification. This not only makes designers worry and feel puzzled.
