碳纤维复合材料因其质量轻、比强度和比刚度高等优点,越来越多地应用到航天器结构上。碳面板/铝蜂窝夹层结构板因刚度不足而难以在空间光学遥感器上广泛应用。通过优化设计,合理布局,研制出整体成型的碳纤维加强框架,提升普通蜂窝夹层结构底板的力学性能,研究证明,该相机底板能够大幅提高普通蜂窝夹层板的结构刚度和强度,可以作为空间光学遥感器的主承力底板,对类似结构的研制也具有一定的参考价值。
