In the 1980s, China introduced the case teaching method and spread it widely in all fields of education, which has become a successful teaching method in the direction of education. The management and operation of travel agencies is a course with practicality and applicability. It is imperative to introduce case teaching. The author discusses the concept of case teaching method, the advantages of introducing case teaching method in the management of travel agency and the application of case teaching method in the course of operation and management of travel agency. The “Travel Agency Operations and Management” course is a platform course that develops a diverse array of talented individuals who have the skills and practical skills to accomplish tasks independently in the travel industry.
