首都师范大学附属密云中学班级文化建设以学校文化建设为依托,以德育科研为引领,以学生文化建设为核心,以专家指导为支撑,以活动为载体,根据学校特点和实际先后确立了《班级文化建设的探索与思考》《关于高中学生主体发展型德育主题实践活动的探索与思考》两个德育科研课题,成立项目组,现纳入县级科研课题。班级文化建设课题组活动班级文化建设是我校德育科研的重要课题,2012年起学校确定德育科研课题《班级文化建设的探索与思考》,文化建设的重点就是塑造学生价值追求,培养成员的认同感、归属感、责任心和团队精神,打造特色班级文化。
