辽宁省各国营农场于1956年普遍试行了计件工资制。自试行计件工资以来,劳动效率—般都提高到10—15%。一般工人的工资平均较月薪制增加了10%左右,同时也改善了经营管理工作,特别是加强了劳动组织和计划管理工作。但,也有些农场由于试行计件工资前的准备工作没作好,领导跟不上去,缺乏定期管理经验,目前在试行计件工资中还存在—些极待改进的问题:
