系统地研究了单级时效和双级时效对Al 1.12Mg 0 .6 6Si 0 .8Cu合金时效组织和机械性能的影响。通过拉伸强度和延伸率的测试以及TEM观察 ,表明单级时效为该合金较为理想的热处理制度 ,合金经 190℃时效 4h后具有较好的综合性能 ;合金经双级时效处理后 ,预时效期间所形成的过渡相对二次时效中相的析出和材料性能有较大影响。
The effects of single-stage aging and two-stage aging on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al 1.12Mg 0 .6 6Si 0 .8Cu alloy were studied systematically.
