为了探究新疆主栽杏品种的光合能力,以新疆10个主栽杏品种为试材,用Li-6400型便携式光合作用测定系统,测定了其不同光合参数,并绘制相应响应曲线。结果表明:当光照强度增加时,各品种叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率均随之增加,而胞间CO2浓度随之下降,上述光合指标在个别品种间存在显著差异,其中小白杏对光照强度反应较为敏感,随着光照强度的增加,净光合速率迅速增加。在不同光照强度下,小白杏的光合速率均最高,在光照强度为1 800μmol/(m2·s)时光合速率达到最大值,8.66μmol/(m2·s)。说明小白杏的光合能力最强,洪特克的光合速率较低,其它品种的光合速率居中。
In order to explore the photosynthetic capacity of the main apricot cultivars in Xinjiang, 10 main apricot cultivars in Xinjiang were used as test materials, and their photosynthetic parameters were measured by Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system, and the corresponding response curves were drawn. The results showed that when the light intensity was increased, the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of leaves of all varieties increased with the decrease of intercellular CO2 concentration. There were significant differences in photosynthetic parameters between the two varieties Apricot was more sensitive to light intensity, with the increase of light intensity, net photosynthetic rate increased rapidly. Under different light intensities, the photosynthetic rate of Xiaobai apricot was the highest, reaching the maximum of 8.66μmol / (m2 · s) at light intensity of 1 800μmol / (m2 · s). The results showed that Xiaobai apricot had the strongest photosynthetic ability, Hongtek had lower photosynthetic rate and other varieties had the same photosynthetic rate.
