用荷兰产ISP半自动生化分析仪对不同性别四个年龄段的Wistar封闭群大鼠的14项血液生化值进行了测定。和其他研究者的结果比较,该群大鼠具有较低的血液Hb、T.Bil、UA、Mg、TG值,较高的Alb、Cl值。血液Cre、Ca、Cl及40-90d的TP值与人的正常值接近,BUN、P 、Mg、TG值高于人的数值,除Ca、CHO值不受年龄和性别影响外(P>0.05),Cl、T、Bil分别不受性别、年龄的影响(P>0.05);其它指标皆受性别、年龄两因素的影响。建议在实验中选择动物时,即要注意动物的来源,又要注意动物的性别和年龄,本群大鼠可作为研究人的某些血液生化值的模型。
A total of 14 blood biochemical values of Wistar closed rats of four different sexes in four age groups were measured by a semi-automatic biochemical analyzer from ISP in the Netherlands. Compared with the results of other researchers, the group of rats had lower blood Hb, T. Bil, UA, Mg, TG values, higher Alb, Cl values. The values of TP in blood Cre, Ca, Cl and 40-90d were close to the normal value of human, and the values of BUN, P, Mg and TG were higher than those in human. The values of Ca and CHO were not influenced by age and gender .05). Cl, T and Bil were not affected by gender and age (P> 0.05). The other indexes were affected by both gender and age. It is suggested that when selecting animals in experiments, we should pay attention to the source of animals and pay attention to the sex and age of the animals. This group of rats can be used as a model to study some blood biochemical values in humans.
