随着航天测控领域的发展 ,航天测控工作的整体性和测控设备与测控人员在地理位置上的广散性之间的矛盾日益突出。领域的高技术和相互间的高度合作要求人员之间的联系更充分 ,通过现代通信技术和计算机网络技术来缩短人员间的时空距离 ,为相互间的意见磋商与合作提供了支持的可能。提出了一种基于Internet/In tranet技术的CSCW (ComputerSupportedCooperativeWork) ,能够使更多的人员共同参与重大事件的决策与交流 ,共同分析出现的问题 ,彼此合作 ,发表意见和提出建议 ,增强相互的理解与沟通 ,共同形成对复杂决策事件的充分认识 ,建立对复杂事件的最广泛、最大程度的合作 ,结合多种手段和多种技术的融合 ,为航天测控的复杂事件的决策过程构建必要的软件和硬件环境
