EDI交易模式被广泛运用于国际商务,由于交易模式的特殊性,使得国际贸易许多原有的法律规则和交易习惯不能被完全适应。本文从合同效力的角度,分析EDI合同所存在的问题。
EDI trading model is widely used in international business, due to the special nature of the transaction model, making many of the original legal rules and trading habits of international trade can not be fully adapted. This article analyzes the problems existing in EDI contracts from the perspective of contract validity.
