以海藻酸钠(SA)和磷钨酸(PTA)为原料,通过溶液浇铸法制备了不同配比的海藻酸钠/磷钨酸(SA/PTA)杂化膜。用傅立叶红外分析(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热失重(TGA)等手段对杂化膜进行了表征与分析,并考察了SA/PTA杂化膜的力学性能。结果表明:SA与PTA有着较好的相容性,能够制备出致密无缺陷的杂化膜,但当PTA含量超过8wt%时,膜在微观上出现相分离;PTA的加入,极大地提高了杂化膜的耐热性和机械强度。膜的拉伸强度从纯SA膜的19.72MPa增加到了65.17MPa,断裂伸长率略微下降。
Sodium alginate (SA) and phosphotungstic acid (PTA) were used as raw materials to prepare sodium alginate / phosphotungstic acid (SA / PTA) hybrid membranes by solution casting. The hybrid membranes were characterized and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The mechanical properties of SA / PTA hybrid membranes were also investigated. The results show that SA has good compatibility with PTA and can form a dense and defect-free hybrid membrane. However, when the PTA content exceeds 8wt%, the phase separation occurs at the microscopic level. The addition of PTA greatly improves Heat resistance and mechanical strength of hybrid membranes. Tensile strength of the film increased from 19.72MPa pure SA film to 65.17MPa, elongation at break slightly decreased.
