从四川石棉矿区酸性水及土壤中通过富集技术获得混合菌,对其驯化,并在摇瓶中对该混合菌浸出低品位碲矿中碲的影响因素进行了初步探索。结果发现,该混合菌在30℃时浸矿效果最好,在1%的矿浆浓度下,经过15 d的浸出,浸出率达到66.2%;在初始pH值为1.5~2.0时,混合菌对碲矿有较高的浸出率,pH值为1.5时的浸出率最高,为67.8%;在矿浆浓度较低(1%~2%)时,混合菌对碲矿的浸出效果较好,15 d浸出率可达到66.6%。验证实验表明,温度为30℃,初始pH值为1.5,矿浆浓度为2%,浸矿15 d后碲的浸出率可达到75.8%。
The mixed bacteria were obtained from the acidic water and soil in the asbestos mining area in Sichuan Province by enrichment technology. The domesticated bacteria were obtained and the influencing factors of the leaching of tellurium from the low-grade tellurite by mixed bacteria in shake flasks were explored. The results showed that the mixed bacteria had the best leaching effect at 30 ℃. The leaching rate reached 66.2% after leaching at 15% for 1% of the pulp concentration. When the initial pH was between 1.5 and 2.0, The leaching rate of mine is higher than that of mine, and the leaching rate is 67.8% at the pH value of 1.5. The leaching rate of tellurite is better when the concentration of pulp is lower (1% ~ 2% The rate can reach 66.6%.
